Need help getting started with the Canadian Livestock Tracking System (CLTS) or looking to improve your confidence using the system? CCIA provides free support and one-on-one training for producers, agri-businesses and industry partners across Canada.
Our knowledgeable Client Support Team can help you manage your CLTS account, navigate system features and understand traceability reporting requirements. Training is tailored to your operation and experience level and can include support with:
- Setting up and managing your CLTS account
- Reporting animal identification information
- Recording birth dates and age verification information (voluntary)
- Submitting move-in, move-out and movement records
- Managing premises identification information (voluntary)
- Generating reports and certificates
- Using CLTS tools and resources efficiently
